Regardless of the bad reviews you see, I had a VERY positive experience with sparks. I was in and out within about 2 hours. Spoke to with respect and understanding which is hard to come by now and days. My car is “running like a dream” without breaking the bank to dramatically. I would recommend sparks.

I could not recommend Keith and his crew enough. There isn’t a more stand up person in Muncie. He’s going to be honest with you and make sure you are in and out in a timely manner. We have had many issues with our car as after we had it for 3 months, it was discovered (By Sparks) that it had water damage that had not been disclosed at the time of purchase. Keith and his staff went FAR AND ABOVE our expectations. We had to be patient as it took awhile because of the issues, but ultimately, it has been repaired. Trust the process! Yo, Kieth I feel went above and beyond. Repair took a lil longer but it’s understandable because I have a foreign car and it’s EXTREMELY hard to get parts in time nowadays.
